🧶 Return & Exchange Eligibility

(Please read carefully to check if you are eligible for a return)

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order (excluding items discounted 10% or more, which are final sale).

To qualify, all returned/exchanged items must meet the conditions below:

Our 14-day warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper handling, or stretching due to use.

Coupon codes and gift cards are valid for six months from the date of issue and can be used once (unused balance does not carry over).

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.

📦 Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with:

• a missing item
• a damaged item
• an incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.

🔄 Out-of-Stock Exchanges

If the product you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a voucher valid for six months.

Vouchers are issued only after we inspect the returned item and confirm that all conditions are met.

🛍 Returns on Sale Items

• Items discounted 10% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items discounted less than 10% may be returned within the 14-day period if all conditions are met.

🎁 Exchanges for Gift Items

Exchanges for gift items may be made only for the same product in a different size or color (when available).

Because proof of purchase is required, please coordinate with the gift giver—we may need their email or contact number to verify the order.

Refunds or vouchers will not be issued for gift items.

All our items are handmade, so slight variations in color, sizing, and texture are normal and not considered defects. Order processing times will be stated on each product page. Shipping times depend on the courier, and delays beyond our control may occur.

Our Return & Exchange Policy applies to all orders. Items must meet the eligibility conditions to qualify for return or exchange. Custom or personalized orders are final sale.

Prices may change at any time. Payment must be completed before we ship your order.

All photos, designs, patterns, and content belong to Loop & Stitch and may not be copied or used without permission.

Loop & Stitch is not responsible for allergic reactions, damage caused by misuse, or delays caused by couriers.
