Exchange Eligibility

to check if you are eligible for a return)
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order (excluding
items discounted 10% or more, which are final sale).
To qualify, all returned/exchanged items must meet the conditions below:
✔ Items must be:
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- In original condition and packaging
- Free of pilling, stretching, or loose threads caused by use
- Free of markings, stains, makeup, or residue
- Free of strong odors (perfume, detergent, smoke, etc.)
❌ The following items cannot be returned or
exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- All hats (beanies, bucket hats, sun hats, baby hats)
- Baby wear (rompers, bibs, knitwear sets, etc.)
- Crop tops or any wearable tops
- Under-garment–style pieces
- Coin purses with interior use marks
- Custom-made or personalized orders
Our 14-day warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear,
accidental damage, improper handling, or stretching due to use.
Coupon codes and gift cards are valid for six months from the date of issue and can be used once
(unused balance does not carry over).
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
📦 Missing,
Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with:
- a missing item
- a damaged item
- an incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you
promptly.
🔄 Out-of-Stock
Exchanges
If the product you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a voucher valid for six
months.
Vouchers are issued only after we inspect the returned item and confirm that all conditions are
met.

Sale Items
- Items discounted 10% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items discounted less than 10% may be returned within the 14-day period if all conditions
are met.
🎁 Exchanges
for Gift Items
Exchanges for gift items may be made only for the same product in a different size or color
(when available).
Because proof of purchase is required, please coordinate with the gift giver—we may need their
email or contact number to verify the order.
Refunds or vouchers will not be issued for gift items.
